This is a premium feature and is $75 to unlock unlimited messaging for your event.

Text blasts allow you to effectively communicate with your guests or specific groups of guests before, during, and after your event.

Sample Messages:

  1. Silent Auction is now open for Bidding.
  2. Valet is available at the event or you can use the 5th St. garage.
  3. To speed up the check-in process, remember to login to your account and put a credit card on file before you arrive.
  4. During the Call-to-Donate portion of the event, click the link below to make a donation. Thank you for your support! (link...)
  5. The silent auction will close at 9 p.m. Get your last minute bids in now!
  6. Congrats! You won the following silent auction items (...), please visit the checkout tables at 10 p.m. to close your bills and collect your items.
  7. Thank you so much for your donation of ($). Your generous contribution gets us that much closer to our goal!

The point is, you can pretty much text anything you want!

Take advantage of message tags to personalize your messages. Note, if a guest is selected to receive a text blast, but they do not qualify for one of the message tags, they will not receive the message. For example, if you include a table number message tag, but a guest doesn't have a table number, we won't send them a blank text.

Example message using message tags:

Hi [Guest_Name],
We can't wait to see you this evening! Your bid number is [Bid_Num] and you will be sitting at table [Demo_Table]. We hope you enjoy the event as we gather tremendous support for those touched by our organization.

Free text messages that are already included in your fundraiser are below. We do not limit the number of registration links or outbid messages that are sent.

  1. Text message links to the silent auction, sent out as guests arrive at the check-in tables.
  2. Outbid messages when a guest is outbid on an item.
  3. One text blast to all remote bidders containing a direct link to the silent auction.
